🔎 Who we are looking for:
We’re searching for a passionate and experienced Backend Developer to join our team. You’ll drive the development of our system, enhance algorithms, and build products that serve our investors, tenants, and operations team.
🗒️ Main responsibilities
As a Backend Developer, your main accountabilities will be:
- Develop and optimize our systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance across applications.
- Integrate and manage services and data to support seamless company operations.
- Design and enhance algorithms for market analysis and decision-making.
- Automate business workflows using AI.
- Build and improve user-facing applications, focusing on functionality and user experience for investors, internal teams and tenants.
- Implement advanced data solutions, analysis, and process automation.
- Build on scalable architectures that align with current and future business needs.
💻 What do you bring to the table?
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
- Fluent Spanish speaker and based in Spain.
- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Expertise with Node.js, using it as your primary programming language.
- Solid experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL and data transformation tools such as DBT, ensuring seamless data management and analysis.
- Advanced SQL, BigQuery, and data analytics skills to extract actionable insights.
- Some experience in Front-end Development with React and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong background in web scraping and automation, with the ability to incorporate AI-driven technologies into workflows.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a capacity to identify challenges, propose solutions, and execute them efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate within a team, maintaining open communication and aligning with shared goals.
